Dr. Gross is a patient-centered, board certified, comprehensive ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and glaucoma management and surgery. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of diabetic eye disease and macular degeneration. Dr. Gross also performs eyelid surgery. He holds additional certifications for the implantation of specialized intraocular lenses and advanced glaucoma procedures.

Dr. Gross received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, where he graduated with honors. He was also elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, a medical honors society. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Kresge Eye Institute, affiliated with the Detroit Medical Center. Before coming to Eugene, Dr. Gross was in private practice in Michigan and also supervised the Kresge Eye Institute ophthalmology residents through the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Detroit as an assistant professor at Wayne State University.

Dr. Gross and his wife have an avid love of nature and the outdoors. They thoroughly enjoy all that Eugene and Oregon have to offer.
